Custom Heating Systems
We produce custom heating systems such as Drum Heating Bands or Industrial Heating Blankets tailored for industry, even in small quantities or prototypes. Heating bands for industrial drums can have various powers, sizes, and can operate at different voltages (mains voltage 230/400Vac or low voltage 12/24/48V).
It is possible to have belts to heat drums of different sizes and heights. These types of custom drum heating bands or heating blankets are versatile and useful in specific applications, in industrial, civil, construction sectors, or for heating small tanks, pipes, or mechanical parts sensitive to low temperatures.
Custom heating belts are also useful during production for processing plastics or other materials; they are flexible and durable, fit well to the surface to be heated, feature Velcro closures to wrap completely around the object to be heated, and can be adapted for pipe holes, inspection openings, and more.
Drum heating bands or heating blankets can be made for temperatures up to 200°C. All materials used are certified, such as polyester, fiberglass, and aramid materials like Kevlar. Heating bands for drums, pipes, and barrels can also be equipped with precision bimetallic thermostat controls (40/60/80/90°C) or external commercial controllers using PTC, NTC, type K thermocouples, or PT100 probes.
