We manufacture custom-made industrial heating bands or blankets, both in series and in small quantities or prototypes. The industrial drum heating bands can have different power ratings, sizes, and can operate at different voltages (mains voltage 230/400Vac or low voltage 12/24/48V).

It is possible to have heating belts for drums of various sizes and heights. This type of heating band or blanket is versatile and useful for special applications in industrial, civil, or construction settings, or for heating small tanks, pipes, and mechanical parts sensitive to low temperatures.

Custom-made heating belts are also useful during production processes, such as plastic processing or similar applications. They are flexible and durable, adapt well to the surface to be heated, are equipped with Velcro closures to wrap completely around the object to be heated, and can be customized with holes for pipes, inspections, and other needs.

The heating bands or blankets can be built for temperatures up to 200°C. All materials used are certified and may include polyester, fiberglass, or aramidic materials such as Kevlar. The heating bands for drums, tubes, and barrels can also be equipped with precise bimetallic thermostat control (40/60/80/90°C) or connected to external commercial temperature controllers using internal PTC, NTC, K-type thermocouples, or PT100 sensors.
