Features and Benefits

Snow-melting heating blankets for antennas can be used for de-icing functions of offset-type and prime-focus satellite dishes. With the snow-melting system for dishes, the following can be heated:
  • Domestic dishes (diameter 60-80-100 cm)
  • Large dishes (custom-made, up to 500 cm diameter)
  • Fiberglass parabolic antennas

Thanks to the generated heat, the system melts the snow and ice accumulated on the dish or prevents their formation, thus ensuring proper signal reception and transmission even in adverse weather conditions.

The heating blanket should be installed and fixed to the underside of the dish and may consist of one or more heating elements.
