Features and Benefits

The COIFLEX insulating system for pipelines is used to protect pipes from both heat and cold, and with the addition of a heating cable, it provides electric heating and maximum frost protection. The antifreeze bands can be applied to both flexible and fixed pipes, and the blanket sizes may vary depending on the pipes to be protected.

The insulating blankets for pipelines prevent damage to pipes and ducts, reducing the risk of costly repairs. Thanks to the heating cable, it is also possible to prevent pipe freezing, keeping the liquids inside at the optimal temperature without altering their properties.

The antifreeze system for pipelines consists of the insulating blanket, which must be laid longitudinally along the pipe and closed with Velcro. Upon request, the heating cable can be added and inserted into the dedicated channel already provided. The thermal blanket is easy to apply to pipes and can be cut to length every 50 cm while maintaining its water repellency.

The product is available in four different diameters to adapt to pipes of various sections.

Optional accessories

  • Channel for heating cable: provision for the insertion of a heating cable (supplied separately).

  • Second Velcro: can also be closed on a pipe with a circumference 2cm smaller than the declared value.

The product is available not only in the main blue color but also in white, red, and black versions.
