Features and Benefits

The drum heating base allows heating a drum or container from the bottom, unlike standard heating blankets that emit heat from the sides. The surface temperature of the base is controlled by an electronic control unit. The drum heaters are made of shaped sheet metal, easy to use, and highly durable.

Thanks to uniform upward heat distribution, the drum heating base allows easy and effective heating of containers, drums, and barrels. It improves product storage processes by protecting materials from cold, humidity, and unsuitable temperatures, making it ideal for sensitive materials such as oils, syrups, greases, soaps, resins, and many others.

For correct operation, the drum must be placed on the base and the control unit set to the desired temperature (between 0 and 150°C). To speed up the heating process or ensure maximum performance, the drum heating base can be used together with a heating blanket or an insulating cover.

  • Insulating blanket: to insulate the drum, the heating base can be combined with the insulating cover ISO_F.B (for drums Ø35–45 H 55 cm) or ISO_F.D (for drums Ø57–65 H 90 cm).
