Features and Benefits

The heating base for IBC (Intermediate Bulk Container) tanks, thanks to its uniform heat distribution from bottom to top, is ideal for heating viscous or semi-solid products to maintain and preserve the best characteristics of the substances, preventing deterioration. The IBC heating platform is made of folded and painted sheet metal, ensuring maximum strength and quality. It is also equipped with a fixed-temperature thermostat for temperature control.

The IBC heating base can be used to maintain an optimal temperature even during transport phases, reducing the risk of product damage due to incorrect temperature conditions. Its robust design supports the weight of the plastic container and withstands vibrations or shocks during handling and transport by trucks or other vehicles.

The IBC base is easy to install: simply remove the empty container from its metal cage and place the heating base at the bottom. Its compact size makes it ideal for use in chemical, pharmaceutical, cosmetic, or petrochemical industries, where material storage — even during transport — is essential for correct processing. The maximum surface temperature is limited to 60°C by a bimetallic thermostat.
