Features and Benefits

The ISOIND insulating blanket for IBC tanks is made of fireproof and water-repellent fabrics. The insulating blankets are used to protect IBC tanks from both heat and cold and consist of a part that wraps around the tank and a closing lid equipped with caps that allow the extraction of the product inside without removing the cover.

This insulating system for IBC (Intermediate Bulk Container) allows the protection of sensitive materials such as oils, resins, and other liquids contained in the tank, thus preventing problems and costs related to improper material maintenance during both storage and transport phases. Since they do not require electricity, they are suitable for any type of environment.

The insulating blanket for IBC should be wrapped around the sides of the tank and closed with Velcro fasteners. Then, the lid is installed to ensure better insulation, and there are also openings for the caps to facilitate use. The insulating cover can be used in combination with the IBC heating platform to control the temperature and enhance the desired effect even under more critical climatic conditions.
