Features and Benefits

The hot chamber can have two different sizes and can therefore consist of one or two modular heating platforms. Built with an aluminum frame and thermal protection, it creates an enclosed volume that ensures maximum thermal efficiency. Additional side radiant panels can also be installed to increase total heating power. The heated box is made of fire-retardant and water-repellent fabrics and allows internal temperature regulation through an electronic control unit.

Using the hot chamber prevents damage caused by improper storage of products that could freeze or thicken. Choosing thermal chambers helps avoid unwanted costs due to product waste. It is also suitable in situations where installing a heating blanket on a product or system would be difficult or expensive. Thanks to its size, the industrial hot chamber allows different types of containers to be heated simultaneously in an optimal environment, reducing expenses related to multiple heating systems.

Inside the hot chamber, the containers to be heated (drums, IBC tanks, reservoirs, etc.) are placed. Then, all openings must be properly closed to create a sealed and insulated environment, and the temperature must be set via the control unit to the desired value. The electronic controller also allows the surface temperature of the heating platform to be limited.

The hot chamber is available in two different sizes. The ISO_BOX.A version is the most compact and is equipped with a single heating platform, while the ISO_BOX.B version includes two heating platforms, thus doubling both the overall length of the structure and the heating power compared to version A.

Optional accessories

  • ISO_KIT_PAN: in both versions, it is possible to add the radiant panel kit to increase the total system power.
